This page explains how to delete your Orga account, what data is deleted and what may be retained. Deletion is irreversible, so please confirm before proceeding.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Orga and sign in;
  2. Open Settings, then tap the account card at the top to open User info;
  3. Tap Delete account;
  4. Read the warning and confirm.

Deletion immediately revokes your sessions and deletes your account and related data within a reasonable period (normally no more than 30 days).

What is deleted

  • Your account information (email, display name, sign-in identities, session records);
  • The text and images you submitted;
  • AI-derived records, memories and insights;
  • Finance, emotion, journal, health, task and object records;
  • Safety alerts;
  • Your plan settings, quota usage and feedback.

What may be retained

  • Copies in database backups expire with the backup cycle (generally no more than 30 days);
  • Server logs generally expire within 30 days;
  • Transaction, tax or audit records where required by law;
  • Apple's subscription and transaction records, which Apple retains and we cannot delete;
  • Records necessary to handle disputes, abuse investigations or legal proceedings, deleted or anonymised once that purpose is complete.

Important: an Apple subscription is not cancelled automatically

If you bought a Plus / Pro subscription through the Apple App Store, deleting your Orga account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel it separately:

  1. Open the iOS Settings app;
  2. Tap your Apple ID;
  3. Go to Subscriptions;
  4. Find Orga and cancel.

You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's subscription screen to open Apple's subscription management. After cancellation, the subscription stops renewing at the end of the current paid period.

If you cannot sign in

Email gzy.guy@gmail.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete the account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

To protect your account, we may ask for information that proves ownership. We will not ask for your password or full payment card details.
